The Holland Medi Center and Physical Rehabilitation facility is conveniently located one (1) block east of US-31; between James Street and Lakewood Blvd., on the east side of the 120th Ave.  The two story brick building hosts 12,600 square feet of focused care, offering both walk-in and by appointment services.

The organization is able to offer a broad range of services utilizing a highly skilled medical staff, as well as the trained and certified support staff.  This facility is recognized as the most inclusive Occupational Medical and Rehabilitation facility in West Michigan.

Medical

The Medical portion of the facility encompasses the street level floor.  In an effort to minimize wait time, a streamline check-in process quickly identifies the urgency and medical personnel necessary, in a case by case manner.  

• Five (5) exam / treatment rooms
• One (1) Eye specialty room with a slit lamp 
• One (1) Trauma / Procedure room
• X-Ray, utilizing a state of the art; high frequency machine, reducing patient exposure to radiation.  

Ancillary Service & Screening area

• A 420 square foot Drug Screen area with two (2) random choice donor facilities that are DOT certified.  The Drug Screen area feature exterior hand wash stations, exterior flush for toilets and DOT certified assistance devices for the donor facilities.
• The Holland Medi Center - Drug Screen area has the ability to store COC/CCF’s for clients regularly using the service.
• Designated rooms provide the following services;
  •  BAT/EBT – alcohol; Evidential Breath / DOT Certified
  •  Pulmonary Function Test (PFT)
  •  Vision testing
  •  Audio Booth by “Acoustic Systems”; utilizing “True Tone-ear scan” technology
• A 160 square foot prep-lab, with multiple lab courier pick-ups daily.

Manual Medicine & Physical Rehabilitation

The Rehabilitation portion of the facility utilizes the upper level, with handicap elevator access inside the foyer for convenience.  Rehabilitation services are scheduled appointments, minimizing check-in and wait times.

This increases face to face time with the Provider, allowing the patient to express their concerns and then a rehabilitative program will be designed for each individual.     

Manual Medicine and Physical Therapy area

• Passive Modality Therapy Bay; four (4) stations
• Seven (7) private Treatment rooms
• Spacious 4,500 square foot Rehabilitative Gym equipped to support cardiovascular, strength and proprioceptive training.
• Open gym design allows for continuous supervision of all exercise activity, enabling Providers to stop bad habits before they start.
